Bleak House
Bleak House is a conceptual residential project inspired by Guillermo del Toro’s personality, his fascination with the unknown, and his ability to discover beauty in imperfection.
The design explores sculptural architecture through irregular geometries, introspective spaces, and unexpected spatial sequences. The interaction between exposed concrete, weathering steel, and contrasting light and shadow creates an atmosphere of mystery and contemplation. The residence is conceived as an extension of its inhabitant’s identity, where architecture transforms imagination, emotion, and the extraordinary into a spatial experience.
